Stuffing

Equal amounts:

Corn bread (no sugar) broken up into fine pieces via food processor etc
slightly old bread (white) also broken up

For every 4 cups of dry ingredients:
one medium yellow onion chopped (a cup)
celery (a cup)

Saute the the onion and celery (any amount) in a cube of butter (low temp) until the onions are clear
add to bread mixture
add fresh thyme, rosemary, and sage ("herbed bird") chop rosemary and sage

minimum 2 scrambled eggs into mixture
add chicken stock until it clumps slightly in your hand


Bake it 350 375 for half hour
