Coconut Butter Fat Bombs

These are a great keto staple that can let you get in lots of fat easily without a lot of extra protein or carbs. They can be a little bit time consuming because of the wait for cooling. I've also added some mint extract to the coconut butter layer that was good. I now omit any sweetener as well. Once set, these store well in the fridge (no need to keep them in the freezer.)

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup of coconut oil (melted)
  • 3/4 Cup of coconut butter (melted)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Stevia (optional)
  • 8 Tablespoons of cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 Cup of  salted butter (melted)

Instructions
  1. Place the coconut oil, Stevia (optional), cocoa powder, and butter in a pot and melt until all of the ingredients are combined.
  2. Place baking cups into your muffin tins.
  3. Pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each of the baking cup.
  4. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  5. Pour 1 tablespoon of Coconut Butter into each of the cups.
  6. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  7. Pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each of the cups.
  8. Freeze for 30 minutes and enjoy.
This makes 12 of these oreo looking fat bombs. Based on the ingredients I use and not using sweetener, they have the following macros according to MyFitnessPal: 4g carbs, 1.7g protein, 37g fat
